Dr. Micah Weisenberg
Dental Implant Surgeon · Full-Arch Reconstruction Specialist · Educator
Most patients who come to see me have a story. Maybe they've spent years avoiding smiling in photos. Maybe they've been told by three different offices that their bone loss is too severe for implants. Maybe they had a procedure elsewhere that didn't deliver what was promised — and now they're starting over.
I got into implant dentistry because I wanted to be the doctor who could actually help those patients. The ones who've been told no. The ones who got a rushed answer when they deserved a thoughtful one. The ones who want to understand what's happening in their mouth, not just be handed a treatment plan.
Giving someone back their smile is one thing. Giving them back their confidence — the ability to eat what they want, laugh without thinking about it, show up to a job interview feeling like themselves — that's what drives this work.

Training and Expertise
Dr. Weisenberg has spent seven years focused almost exclusively on dental implantology and full-arch reconstruction. Unlike practitioners who attend a single weekend implant course, he has completed — and taught in — more than four major implant training curriculums, and has spent years synthesizing primary literature, classic textbooks, and modern clinical research.
He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the International College of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and is currently completing his Diplomate examination with the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) — a rigorous clinical credential that places him among a small group of practitioners with that level of documented expertise.
His advanced training encompasses full-arch reconstruction, soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, implant prosthodontics, nerve lateralization, and revision surgery for failed implant cases.
He Teaches Other Dentists
Dr. Weisenberg trains dental professionals nationally and internationally. Doctors he has mentored are now practicing in Chicago, Las Vegas, Florida, and beyond. He stays on the teaching side of this work because analyzing what succeeds and what fails long-term — across hundreds of cases from multiple practitioners — makes him a better surgeon for his own patients.
That perspective shapes everything at Wise Dental Solutions. Every surgical decision is grounded in what the evidence says works, not in what's fastest or most convenient.
The Philosophy Behind This Practice
Wise Dental Solutions is built on six values that show up in every appointment, every treatment plan, and every conversation.
Patient Advocacy
We listen to what our patients are actually experiencing — their pain, their fears, their goals. Every patient deserves to feel heard and to fully understand their options before making a decision.
Excellence in Care
Running a practice around a single protocol is efficient. It's also often done at the expense of what's best for the individual patient. We're committed to personalized, evidence-based solutions that prioritize long-term stability, function, and quality of life.
Team and Treatment Unity
The best outcomes come from surgery, restorative dentistry, prevention, and lab work functioning as one coordinated system. We manage interdisciplinary care under one roof so nothing falls through the gaps.
Passion for Impact
We genuinely love what we do. We're driven by the ability to restore confidence, health, function, and quality of life for patients who often feel like they've run out of options.
Accountability and Integrity
We believe in transparency, honesty, and doing what is biologically and ethically right for the patient — even when it's harder or takes more time. That means telling patients the truth about long-term tradeoffs, not just what they want to hear.
Commitment to Growth
Dentistry evolves constantly. We stay curious, continue learning, and refine our workflows year after year so we can continue delivering better outcomes for the people who trust us with their care.
“My promise isn't just teeth that look good on day one. It's advocating for what is biologically healthiest and most stable for that patient, long term. I want patients to leave with something that functions naturally, is maintainable, and improves their quality of life for years to come.”
